Patrick’s Hardware offers a shopping catalog featuring tens of thousands of hardware related items categorized to easily find what you need at competitive pricing. Please review the instructions below to place a pick-up or delivery order from Patrick’s Hardware location on Queen Street, Hampton, VA.
STEP 1
Search or pick a product category header or sub-header to view desired products.
Step 2
Enter the quantity of the product you want and click Add To List. Click Continue Shopping to add more items after adding to the list.
Step 3
Once you have completed your list, either click the Envelope icon to send your order via email to Patrick’s Hardware or click the Print icon to print out your order and FAX it to 757-722-9001.
Step 4
Enter your full name, primary phone number, e-mail address and any specific notes concerning your order and click Send Email.
Step 5
After clicking the Send Email button, you should see a red text notification saying “Email is sent to Store Administrator along with item list.” confirming that Patrick’s Hardware has received your order.
Order Turn-Around
If the items you ordered are in stock in our store, you will receive a call as a soon as the same day to pick-up or have your order delivered, if applicable. Otherwise, your items are tentatively expected to arrive the following Tuesdays from the time the order was placed.
Payment
Depending on customer status, an invoice will be sent if we have your PO on file. Otherwise, the phone number provided will be called to obtain credit card information to complete your order.
